1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By purchasing, using, or engaging with any product or service provided by DLW3 Automation Systems LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”), the client (“you”, “your”) agrees to the following terms and conditions.

2. SERVICES PROVIDED

We provide AI-powered automation services, including but not limited to:

Lead follow-up automation (texts, emails, calls)Chatbots for websites and social media platformsCRM and pipeline setupReputation and review managementLead reactivation campaignsCustom automation workflowsOnboarding and follow-up system implementation

Scope of work will be outlined in the service agreement or invoice. Customizations beyond agreed scope may incur additional fees.

3. PAYMENT TERMS

Setup Fees are due upfront and non-refundable once services begin.Monthly Retainer Fees are billed on a recurring basis and due on the same day each month unless otherwise specified.Late payments may result in suspension of services.All invoices must be paid within 7 days of issue unless otherwise agreed.

4. CANCELLATION & TERMINATION

You may cancel monthly services with a 14-day written notice before your next billing date.No refunds are issued for partially used service periods.We reserve the right to terminate services for non-payment, breach of terms, or unethical conduct.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All custom workflows, automations, scripts, and strategies developed remain the intellectual property of DLW3 Automation Systems unless otherwise stated in writing.You receive a license to use the deliverables for your business, not the rights to resell, redistribute, or reuse outside the intended scope.

6. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree to:

Provide accurate and timely information.Grant access to necessary platforms (CRM, websites, social media, etc.).Adhere to ethical marketing and business practices when using our tools.

7. DATA & THIRD-PARTY COSTS

You are responsible for any third-party fees (e.g., SMS data rates, AI usage fees, CRM subscriptions).If you're on our basic service plan, data usage may be pooled but subject to monthly limits.We are not liable for any overages caused by excessive message sending outside your plan.

8. RESULTS DISCLAIMER

While we implement proven systems, results may vary depending on your market, team responsiveness, and operational execution. We do not guarantee revenue or client acquisition.

9. LIABILITY

DLW3 Automation Systems is not liable for:

Any indirect or consequential loss.Platform outages or third-party software errors.Client misuse of systems or non-compliance with laws and regulations.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, United States.

11. MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of changes. Continued use of our services implies agreement to the revised terms.
